Project – Riley Hotel, Queensland, Australia

Sequal Consulting Group were approached by the client to provide a colour changing wall washing solution for the exterior of the hotel. The client wanted the hotel to become a landmark hotel that could be recognised globally.

Raylinc Lighting selected the LIGMAN LIGHTALK RGBW linear luminaire to create the desired lighting effect.

Due to the site restraints the best solution was to install the standard 450mm wall brackets. The minimal visual impact allowed the installation to blend with the building during the daylight hours. To allow the full height of the building to be washed with colour and to restrict the effects of light pollution the fittings are tilted toward the building 2° and optically controlled via a 10° narrow beam optic. The results are spectacular.

Project – North West Metro Stations, Sydney, Australia

The new rail line in Sydney’s northwest is part of the largest public transport project Australia has ever seen. The first stage of this major infrastructure project involved the design of eight new stations and precincts, plus upgrades to five existing stations.

Each of the new stations and precincts along the Metro North West line is defined by their recognisable station canopies, giving them each an easily recognisable characteristic. A cohesive and consistent lighting design concept is part of the station masterplan.

Custom made LIGMAN – TANGO luminaires featuring a larger housing have been employed throughout the project, allowing for a consistent aesthetic appearange that supports the overall design.

These state of the art stations – which include driverless trains, full automation and accessibility – also take advantage of DALI technology for ultimate control over the lighting to improve maintenance, increase safety, and save power.

FONCIM is a land development company whose main activity is facilitating the sale of building land as well as real estate development.

Project – The Mall Ngamwongwan, Bangkok, Thailand

LIGMAN are very proud to have been involved in the renovation of the Mall Ngamwongawan department store in Bangkok, one of the best known in the region. Recently unveiled in mid 2020, the G level entrance and landscape area feature LIGMAN luminaires throughout, creating a harmonious and welcome atmosphere.

VANCOUVER light columns illuminate the facade entrance which gently spreads to the surrounding garden.

ODESSA floodlights were utilised for their versatility, with a range of accessories that allows ease of installation (ground spikes), glare reduction (anti-glare visor), to provide both up and downlighting of trees throughout.

HARRIER in-ground uplight luminaires were specified for highlighting plants and way-finding along pathways.

LADOR square surface wall-mounted architectural fittings provide a transition from the garden to the mall, mounted on the canopy to illuminate the entrance walkway.
