On 11 June 2024 Schréder announced their acquisition of Ligman Lighting USA.
This news coincides with the retirement of President Neil Gillies. Who held this role since 2010, when Ligman Lighting USA was established in Oregon.

This partnership combines Ligman Lighting USA’s strong position in architectural and urban lighting, with Schréder’s portfolio of infrastructure lighting solutions. This enables clients in the USA and Canada to benefit from the extended range, and for both companies to mutually grow in North America.
