Project – CIPA Servior à Remich, Remich, Luxembourg

Located in the picturesque riverside town of Remich, Luxembourg, the newly enhanced CIPA Servior stands as a thoughtfully designed residential care facility that prioritizes comfort and wellbeing for its community. The project reflects Luxembourg’s ongoing commitment to creating nurturing, human-centred environments for senior living. 

Designed by Atelier NJOY, under the vision of Maria Louisa Guerriere-Gonzaga, the architecture embraces openness, harmony, and soft contemporary lines. Large façades, warm materials, and carefully curated spatial flow work together to create a calming atmosphere that supports both residents and visitors. 

To ensure that the lighting matched the architectural intent, Atelier NJOY collaborated with EUROKA – Luxembourg and installer ENELEC to implement a solution that delivers visual comfort, efficiency, and elegant integration.

The GAVLE luminaire is a key element in shaping the ambience of both the exterior and interior spaces. With its refined form and well-controlled light distribution, GAVLE enhances the building with a distinctive elegance. Its clean geometry and high-quality lighting design deliver soft, uniform illumination that supports the space without disrupting the overall atmosphere.
