“Lighting challenge for swimming pool at Mayfair By The Sea 8 private development, Pak Shek Kok, Hong Kong”
Mayfair By The Sea 8 is a private residential development in Pak Shek Kok, Hong Kong. Best Wisdom Development Limited (Subsidiary of Sino Land Company Limited) won the tender for this complex. The three towers in this project house 528 units, which surround landscape gardens and a large swimming pool.
Illuminating the swimming pool posed a challenge for a number of reasons. The height of the poles, distance from the clubhouse building, and ensuring lifeguard visibility on the water surface.
A total of 28 units of QUANTUM floodlights mounted around the swimming pool illuminate the area. Meeting the license requirements for safe use of the pool by residents, and not disturbing the surrounding apartments.
