Purruna Spencer Newton Centre located within the prestigious Scotch College campus in Adelaide, the Purruna Spencer Newton Centre stands as a benchmark for modern educational and wellness design. This state-of-the-art facility brings together health, fitness, and community engagement under one roof—providing students and staff with a dynamic environment that promotes wellbeing and connection.

Designed by Hames Sharley and engineered by Lucid Consulting Australia, the centre features a seamless blend of architectural sophistication and technical performance. From its striking façade to its spacious aquatic hall, every element reflects the school’s vision of combining functionality with aesthetic excellence.

To enhance the building’s ambience and visual comfort, LIGMAN 
LIGHT LINEAR PT Street & area lighting luminaires were installed along the exterior pathways, delivering uniform illumination and safety with a contemporary form. Complementing the indoor environment, JET Wall Lights were used to highlight key interior features, providing glare-controlled accent lighting that enhances the architectural texture of the space.

Supplied by HI Lighting SA, the luminaires achieve a balance of efficiency, durability, and style—perfectly aligning with the centre’s sustainable and student-focused ethos.
