“Energy Efficient light optimised for a Passive Certified Office Building”

SMABTP provides insurance coverage to more than 180,000 clients and members, including businesses, professionals, tradespeople, managers, and individuals, for all their insurance needs. 

A’DAO Architecture Rennes together with BETOM INGÉNIERIE RENNES were commissioned to design and construct a passive office building for SMABTP Assurances Bretagne Normandie in Rennes, France. 

In order to meet the passive certification requirements, a low powered, energy saving lighting solution was needed. LIGHT LINEAR PT poles fitted with motion sensors, enabled the lighting to be optimised to the projects high standard.
