安全类
安全等级 I
装有接地装置的灯具。
安全等级 II
功能是绝缘。灯具有额外的保护绝缘。在故障情况下，没有危险电压可以触摸到金属部件，可以触摸。
安全等级 III 灯具采用低压(12V、24V)供电，不需要接地。
多年来
焦耳(牛顿-米)的使用一直很普遍。最近，一种通常用于电气外壳和机柜的IK等级(IEC 62262:2002)出现了，因为制造商将它应用到灯具上，因为它们做了电路封闭保护。
