The celebration opened with remarks from LIGMAN’s Board of Directors, who reflected on the company’s journey over the past 31 years while encouraging colleagues around the world to embrace the next chapter with a shared vision, renewed inspiration, and confidence for the future.
Throughout the celebration, Sanjay Tiwari LIGMAN’s Chief Executive Officer outlined the strategic direction that will guide LIGMAN into its next chapter through four guiding principles: Comfort, Flexibility, Sustainability, and Efficiency.
Together, these principles reflect our commitment to designing lighting solutions that provide visual comfort while making LIGMAN easy to work with throughout every stage of a project; delivering flexible, tailored solutions that meet each project’s unique requirements; advancing sustainable business practices that benefit both communities and the environment; and achieving greater efficiency through high-performance products and close collaboration with our customers and partners.
The celebration also marked the official introduction of Sunisa Chaembang as LIGMAN’s Co-Chief Executive Officer. In her first address to the global LIGMAN team, she shared her vision of building upon the strengths that have defined LIGMAN over the past 31 years by empowering people, elevating customer experiences, creating positive value for society and the environment, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and shared purpose.
Supporting this direction, digital innovation plays an important role in making technical expertise more accessible to our customers and project teams. As part of this commitment, we introduced the LIGMAN AI Chatbot (BETA), now available on our website, providing faster access to product information and technical guidance.
We also reaffirmed our commitment to LIGMAN One, our mobile application designed to support installers and project teams with convenient access to product information, installation documentation, and essential technical resources whenever and wherever they are needed. Together, these digital initiatives reflect our commitment to making technical expertise more accessible throughout every stage of a project.
Sustainability also remains a key part of our long-term direction. We believe responsible growth means continually improving the way we design, manufacture, and operate. Through ongoing efforts to strengthen responsible manufacturing practices, improve operational efficiency, and reduce plastic packaging, we continue to minimise our environmental impact while maintaining the quality and reliability our customers expect. These initiatives support our long-term vision towards Carbon Neutral 2040, reflecting our belief that business growth and environmental responsibility should move forward together.
