These terms of service (“Agreement”) are between LIGMAN Lighting Co., Ltd. (“LIGMAN”) and any individual or entity that uses LIGMAN’s Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars (“User” or “You”).

By using LIGMAN’s Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars, You agree to be bound by this Agreement. If You do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, You should not use LIGMAN’s Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars.

Access to Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars LIGMAN will provide User with access to its Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars during the term of this Agreement. User will have the ability to host, join, and participate in meetings, webinars, and other events on LIGMAN Zoom platform.

Acceptable Use User agrees to use LIGMAN’s Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. User may not use LIGMAN’S Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars to transmit, distribute, store, or share any material that is illegal, harmful, or infringing. User may not use LIGMAN’s Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars to engage in any activity that could harm LIGMAN’s reputation or interfere with the normal operation of LIGMAN’S Zoom platform.

User Conduct User is solely responsible for its conduct while using LIGMAN’s Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars. User must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and must respect the rights of other Users. User may not use LIGMAN’s Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars to harass, intimidate, or threaten others. User may not use LIGMAN’s Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars to impersonate any person or entity or to misrepresent User’s affiliation with any person or entity.

Intellectual Property LIGMAN owns all right, title, and interest in and to its Zoom platform, including all intellectual property rights. User acknowledges that it does not acquire any ownership rights in or to LIGMAN’s Zoom platform by using it. User may not use LIGMAN’s Zoom platform in any way that would infringe LIGMAN’s intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability LIGMAN will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with User’s use of its Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars. User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LIGMAN and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with User’s use of LIGMAN’s Zoom platform.

Modification of Agreement LIGMAN may modify this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on its website or by notifying User via email. User’s continued use of LIGMAN’s Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars after such notice constitutes User’s acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Governing Law This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between LIGMAN and User with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By using LIGMAN’s Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars, You acknowledge that You have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
