Corporate Social Responsibility
Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) company policy outlines our efforts to give back to the world as it gives to us. Beginning at home, we provide support to schools, hospitals, and temples in Thailand.
As well as COVID-19 support to local organisations and those in neighbouring countries.

Of our 447 employees, 45.41% percent are women. This spans across our Headquarters, Factory 1 and Factory 2 in Thailand.
Opportunity
LIGMAN’s factories have given the surrounding towns a boost in the local economy and quality of life for
the residents. Following the construction of each factory, major upgrades to town infrastructure took place. Including sealing of dirt roads and installation of street lighting. The job opportunities from the factory have flowed into the community, with shops and restaurants opening to service the growth in the local economy.
