LIGMAN is hosting a Grand Opening event in Bangkok on the 15th February 2019 to showcase both the new Office Head Quarters building and Flagship Store.
This event will encompass the launch of a number of new 2019 product ranges, feature presentations by local lighting designers and allow visitors to interact with the product displays throughout the four floors of the 1,500sqm Flagship Store.
LIGMAN is delighted to present a prestigious project in Hyderabad, India. Myscape Courtyard, by Myscape Properties is a residential community designed by C&T Bengaluru architects which was completed in 2018.
The lighting designers, SPK Valo Design Associates, working with LIGMAN India and our valued agents, UBER Project Lighting Pvt Ltd; 55 Light Linear PT Street Lights were selected to illuminate the community’s inner streets as well as Odessa projectors for the entrance gate.
The Light Linear PT’s superior optics ensure an extremely uniform distribution is achieved, coupled with severe from and back cut-offs for glare control and avoidance of light spill to the surrounding residents. Just one of the many growing completed projects in our India portfolio.

One of the floors of LIGMAN’s new Bangkok Headquarters building showcases what is possible to achieve with our Oulu and Galve ranges. Using the curves of Oulu and circles of Galve, our design team have created a stunning installation for the building’s conference room.
For this installation we used Oulo combinations of different interconnected radius 45°, 180°, 22° suspended sections to create an organic flowing structure surrounding numerous diameters of Gavle pendants.
All these fixtures are direct/indirect tuneable-white with DALI drivers and the whole installation addressed and integrated with our Bluetooth lighting management system and can be scene set and manually operated with app-enabled mobile devices.

H.E. Mr. Andrej Babiš, Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, led an official and business delegation to Thailand on the 15th to 17th January 2019, which was the first-ever official visit to Thailand by a sitting prime minister of the Czech Republic.
As part of this visit LIGMAN, as the first Thai company to invest in the Czech Republic with our new LIGMAN EU Factory & HQ, we are very proud to have been invited to a forum of business leaders to hear a speech from Mr Andrej Babiš. Our President and Group CEO, Sakchai Manawongsakul was honoured to be invited to speak and meet the Prime Minister, as well as the Ambassador to Thailand, Mr. Marek Libřický and Minister of Industry and Trade, Marta Nováková.
The Czech Republic has registered a steady economic growth over the past few years in Europe and the country has been a centre of European industry and advancement in science, technology and innovation for centuries.
