Project – Condominium Uptown at Farrer, Singapore

Uptown@Farrer is a mixed use condominium development combining residential units and commercial shops in Singapore’s District 8 on Perumal Road and Serangoon Road. Commissioned by builders and developers Perumal Development Low Keng Huat, this 24 storey complex comprises 116 residential units and 7 commercial tenancies.

Recessed underwater projectors

Metaphor Design + Architecture utilised LIGMAN AQUA 1, AQ-60001 and AQUA 3, AQ-60021 underwater luminiares in the extended lap pool and swimming area, which forms part of the communal recreational facilities for the private residents at Uptown@Farrer.

Project – Résidence IRIS, Saint Sébastien sur Loire, France

Résidence IRIS is a multi-residential development commissioned by property developer BatiNantes, in the city of Saint Sébastien sur Loire, France. Architecture and Study office Signatures utilised LIGMAN LIGHT LINEAR PT 7 for the common area lighting along footpaths and through
the surrounding garden.

Project – Inseac Guingamp, France

National Higher Institute of Artistic and Cultural Education of the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts (Institut national supérieur de l’éducation artistique et culturelle du Conservatoire national des arts et métiers) is housed in the former prison of Guingamp, a 19th century building that was heritage listed in 1997.

Commissioned by PRÉLUDE, architect Cabinet ARTENE and engineers BET RACHDI renovated the old city jail for it to house the Gwinzegal Art Center and become an educational facility through the Inseac and its living-lab.

LIGHT LINEAR VT 2 bollards have been utilised throughout the exterior walk ways, both illuminating the path and highlighting the former prison walls.
